Cucur

Cucur is a Pumpkin Rot inspired Halloween prop. He is made from PVC, newspaper, scotch tape, 16 gauge and 9 gauge wire, paper mache using paper towels, tissue paper and toilet tissue. He stands at 5’6″ tall at the top of his curly stem. His head was done by using Stolloweens technique of stuffing a plastic bag with newspaper and then mache’ing over.

Nightmare before Christmas

This scene wasn’t actually made for Halloween but instead for a Christmas Decoration contest at work. I ended up selling them to coworkers.
Jack’s head is a Styrofoam ball with spray foam sprayed all over it to bulk it up. Crayola Model Magic clay was then used to get more of a uniformed shape, the air dry Paperclay was used over that. His teeth were made of Crayola Model Magic. Jack’s body was PVC then poly wrapped batting to bulk him out, no pictures of creating his suit. Jacks hands were made of Crayola Model Magic with wires running through to be able to pose.
Zero’s head started out as a wig head laid on its side, shaved a bit then added whatever I could find to build out the muzzle. The ears were wire and packing tape, then paper mache with Sculpt or Coat.

PVC Candles

PVC candles are made from, well… PVC, cut at various lengths. Filled with expanding foam, let cure, then hot melt glue is used to create the wax drippings. I painted these an Off White after the hot melt glue was cured. The candle flames are LED battery operated candles with the flames removed and re-made using clear Silicone.
